The truth is that although the place is traditional, the cuisine is a 10 and the service is very good, although it is half evident that they do it for the tip, but my experience was so good that I was willing to give an appropriate tip.

At first glance, it looks like a high-end restaurant, but the staff is cheerful and friendly, so you can feel at ease. The chef's skills are reliable, the background music doesn't interfere with conversation, and the restaurant's interior decoration has a calming atmosphere that allows you to enjoy your meal slowly, so it's recommended for business meetings or couples. Personally, I was disappointed that there was no wine list.

It is a highly recommended place to go as a family or as a couple. The place is very nice and very different from all the restaurants in the city of Aguascalientes.I ordered a recipe soup and I loved it. It's not cheap at all, but once a year doesn't hurt.
